UEM Edgenta Berhad is a leading total asset solutions player in the region providing asset consultancy services, healthcare services, infra services, facilities services, industrial services, energy services, property services and environmental and material testing services. With the launch of their Command & Contact center, we were asked to develop a data collection, processing and visualization platform inline with their asset management and Internet of Things (IOT) objectives.

Utilizing our experience in systems integration, reverse engineering, and software development, we rapidly prototyped the necessary tools required to achieve these goals. Modern CAD software was used to convert archaic building diagrams into beautiful three-dimensional models. Raw data from RFID based card access systems, lighting controllers, and energy consumption sensors from multiple vendors were integrated seamlessly into a single platform – further extending UEM Edgenta's lead in this competitive market.

Resource Data Management is a global energy and building controls specialist. They deliver advanced end-to-end software, electronic hardware, and accessories for temperature control solutions and building energy management systems. Due to their increasing sensor data storage and analytics needs, we were tasked with developing an ideal solution which would meet their requirements.

After thoroughly analyzing their existing infrastructure and product offerings, we designed and deployed a tailor-made data storage, processing, and analytics platform to handle their vast amounts of building sensor data. Using a combination of solid-state data storage arrays, NoSQL database technology and the latest web technology stacks, our solutions have allowed them to further expand their capabilities and offerings as a leading energy management systems vendor.
